I'm finally down to filling in the details and captions! Okay, so the hockers decided to go to Arts Night together, as THE HOCKERS! Hahaha. We made great plans for a supermegabimbo day, coming to school with shopping bags and a tiny handbag instead of a regular school bag, just so that we won't look like idiots carrying our school bags in dresses. Hahaha!
So finally school ended and it was vainity time! We made so many noise in the Sports Complex toilets by screaming and throwing shampoo and bathing gel over the cubicles. Haha. Bev, Eleen and Fran were rather appalled at the amount of time Kaiyi and I took to get ready. Fran was like, "I'll hate to be their boyfriends!" And I was like, "Huh? What? Eh, should I leave my hair down or tie it up? Oh nooooo!" HAHA!
The walk to the back to the main buildings was, once again I quote Fran, "traumatic". We thought we looked like weirdos because all the sports teams training were staring at us because we were the only people who were dressed like we're from another era! Haha. It was mega embarassing, especially when the ground was wet and we were wearing heels and we couldn't walk another faster than at the tottering pace.
Anyways, we went to the Oldham toilets to meet Shiyan and gang who came back from town, and once again Fran was like "Hey guys, I actually WANT to go for Arts Night!" Hahaha. I kept saying she should be the boyfriend.
After stuffing all our stuffs into 3 lockers - Kaiyi's, Fran's and mine, we eventually made our way up to LT4 for the actual thing. All the bands were great! And so was Shengchuan, Jotham and gang's dance! I loved the performance by ACSian Theatre, especially the one that kept going "THE INTERNET IS FOR PORN". Hahaha. The whole LT went up in a roar of laughter. Oh, and did I mention the posters were lovely? :D
Apart from all the camwhoring, we had a helluva rocking time. Everyone really took the efforts to dress up to the 60's looks and it was damn cool to see everyone in the retro getup! And ZOMGX I love the hockers! We always have so much fun. (:
